Cross-country running: Reaching the finish line one step at a time!

The focus of cross-country running is to promote the enjoyment of running and to develop the life-long skill of distance running. This is accomplished by athletes setting personal goals that the runner works to achieve through perseverance, training and dedication.

The season starts the first day of school and ends the third weekend in October. You don't need to try out, but rather the team is based on individuals that are dedicated to running.

There is a $25 team fee, plus additional costs based on how well the runners place at Zones, along with how many events runners compete in.
